Daily JournalHilltop HighDay 5 - part 1 |
 There is nothing more beautiful than a Baja sunrise? A morning spent with a mom and her calf - Gray Whales...         For a couple of hours we hung out with the whales and then they said goodbye and simply disappeared. |
 After lunch we headed into the mangroves.  A 2 ft. long Balloon Fish swims by.  A Pelican looks on. |
 There were lots of birds waiting to feed at low tide. |
 Snowy Egrets fly over the mangrove waters. |
 A Reddish Egret watches closely as we pass by. |
 Once in the lagoon we hit the beach to explore.

 As the tide was dropping it made it easier to poke around for marine life. |
 Obviously it's time to get Brandon and the rest of the guys back to the boat for afternoon snacks.
|
 Once back at the boat we up anchor for a short ride to our next destination. |
