Day 7 - part 2

continued from Day 7 - part 1

We head back to La Paz as this is the last day at sea.

Common dolphins decide to escort us part of the way.

They jumped and played, making the water around us boil.

They were everywhere.

You could almost reach out and touch them.

They came up alongside long enough to get a couple great pictures.

A couple took to acrobatics,  jumping clear out of the water and flipping.

Then they simply disappeared out of sight.
Nice way to end our day at sea.

On the last leg of our return to La Paz
Samantha and Kristina hosted "Skit Night".

Each group was given a prop they had to incorporate into the skit.
Aly, Emily and Jenelle used a ballet tutu.

Jenna and her gang used the wig and sunglasses.

Candice, Melissa and Veronika got the hat.

Rylee, Shalynne and Rachel got the Mickey gloves.

Then there were the leaders - Maureen, Jamie, Colleen and Noreen.
They had the pompom. This ends our skit night. What a great time!

Our last sunset at sea.

Once back at the docks a few of the girls got their hair braided.
Jenelle was very excited.

See what I mean!

Next up - Lind-Z.

Beautiful job!

Next - Candice.

Looks great!

Our in house hairdresser Veronika does her own braiding.
It looks very, very cool!

Hola! To recap the events of the last day onboard the Fiesta. We started the adventure by heading to Ensenada Grande and playing on Lela's beach. We've been here before but this time it was more for the purpose of playing rather than learning. When we got back to the boat we had this amazing soup and these tortillas with beef  or chicken and an assortment of veggies. They are positively to die for.

Then we went swimming off the second level of the boat and I, who is deathly afraid of heights, jumped off the second level more than once. After awhile we all headed back into the boat and headed for the showers as we are preparing to head back to La Paz. For dinner we had Pork roast, chicken, baked potatoes and veggies with melted cheese. Once again the meal was delicious.

When we arrived in La Paz Lela went ashore and picked up the lady who does the corn rows and almost all of us got SOMETHING done. I personally have braids in two angles with red beads that make me feel like I am wearing a Tiara.

Afterwards, while I was waiting for Jessica to get her hair done, I listened to Jim talk about paranormal things like "the other side" and how you should be careful for what you wish for.

Well we wrapped it up with a late night and relatively early morning.
So see ya!
