Day 7 and 8

Day 7

The morning started with finishing up the Panterra Logbook.

Recording the wildlife encounters.

Heading out to the beach with our favorite toy in hand.

A few of the students kayak to shore.

A swim to cool off.

Oh yes, the alligator never gets left out.

While the kids were at the beach the crew set
up the galley for a birthday celebration.

the cake with the rest of us. Sheesh!

On our way back to La Paz we saw something playing in the distance.

Uh huh! Finally, a whale encounter.

We were able to get close enough to enjoy a little whale watching.

They got even closer.

And then they were gone.

Day 8

Danny and Graeham's birthday was 2 days later but they did ask
if they were getting anything. So we let them have it... a birthday cake that is!

The worst part of the trip. Saying goodbye to the beautiful crew.

It was a wonderful week and parents should be so proud of their kids.

Day 7
This morning we went to the beach again to go swimming and snorkeling. It was sooo hot outside and the water was nice and cool, we also buried Graeham and Danny in the sand. We played with the blow up alligator in the water and snorkeling was fun.

When we got back we celebrated Jessika's birthday. We all pitched in some money so that when we went shopping she could buy something special for herself from all of us.

We headed back to Marina De La Paz and on the way we saw a baby and a mom humpback whale, they were so cute.

When we got to our destination we got ready to go shopping! Shopping was so much fun, and everyone bought something. Afterwards we went out for supper, when we got on the boat some people packed and others went to bed.
